Went into Bunnings to ask some questions about a Stihl f5 38 and didn't realise they don't sell them but suggested I head down the road to this mob. I came in and spoke to Jarrod. He was incredibly helpful answering my questions, helped with an issue I was having and suggested that due to some wear and tear on my equipment, if it persisted, it was probably due for a repair/replacement head.
